Scientific sessions

General information

  1. ONE presenter can submit only ONE abstract.
  2. Abstract and full paper must be prepared using PACCON2023 templates (Please download the template from the link below). They will be rejected or returned for format correction before further processing if they do not comply with PACCON2023 templates.
  3. Abstract and full paper must be submitted online only.
  4. Abstract can be submitted either for oral or poster presentation. Please note that abstract submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as poster presentation, depending on the available time slot.
  5. All presenters must register and pay the registration fee by Nov 30, 2022, otherwise their abstracts will automatically be withdrawn from the program.
  6. Only ONE full paper can be submitted from ONE accepted abstract.
  7. Accepted abstracts will be available on PACCON2023 website for download prior to the meeting.
  8. Accepted full papers will be published as PACCON2023 proceedings in electronic format.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. Abstract must be prepared using PACCON2023 abstract template.
  2. Abstract must be written in English and must not exceed 250 words.
  3. Abstract must include upto 5 keywords and may include one photograph (table, diagram is not allowed), but it must not exceed one A4 page.
  4. Name your abstract file as Lastname_Initial_Abstract.doc

PACCON2023 Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. Poster panel: vertical poster panel, 90 cm wide x 200 cm high
  2. Recommended poster orientation, size: Portrait, A0 size, 84 cm wide x 118 cm high
  3. Poster should be prepared with the PACCON2023 banner at the top of the poster as shown below. Alternatively, the powerpoint poster template can be downloaded here
  4. Poster presentation must use provided adhesive only.

  3. ควรเตรียมโปสเตอร์โดยเพิ่ม PACCON2023 banner ที่ด้านบนสุดของโปสเตอร์ดังแสดงในรูป และ powerpoint template 
  4. การนำเสนอผลงานประเภทโปสเตอร์ ใช้วัสดุยึดโปสเตอร์จากผู้จัดงานเท่านั้น

PACCON2023 e-Proceedings

  • Full manuscript must be prepared using “PACCON2023 proceeding template” only.
  • The proceeding template will be sent along with the acceptance letter of your abstract.
  • Full manuscript must be submitted through the PACCON2023 website for a peer review before Dec 31, 2022.
  • Notification of full paper acceptance on Feb 28, 2023.
  • Accepted manuscripts will be published as PACCON2023 proceeding in electronic format (PACCON2023 e-Proceedings).
  • The PACCON2023 e-Proceedings will be available online on Apr 1, 2023.
